I can’t understand why this casino has so many bad reviews honestly i just joined recently and I’ve made several withdrawals without any issues and the customer service live chat agents can actually answer questions unlike other casinos where it feels like you’re talking to a robot

Worst betting site ever
Worst betting site ever. They dont respect their own terms and conditoin. Yesterday in match Aston Villa – Arsenal was 24 fouls, they have wrong 23 fouls. In their terms and condition main source for PL is official website. There is 24 fouls too. They refuse change bet for win and ask for screenshot of every foul with minute. Dumb idea but i provided it. It was still not enourgh and ask for second of fouls too. But seconds arent on official website. When you ask how can you provide something what is not shown of their asked source they tell you that it isnt their bussiness and you have to provide it if you want to change the bet.
Stay away from this site!!

I’ve had a terrible experience with SpinBetter. It seems like a complete scam. They never respond to emails, and when they do, it’s the same generic response about specialists handling a high volume of requests. It’s been over two weeks, and my account with a positive balance has been arbitrarily closed without any option to withdraw my funds. This is beyond frustrating and suspicious. Stay away from SpinBetter unless you want to lose your money.

Good casino in general
Made couple deposits here the past months. It has changed its design in the pasts months too. Overall trustworthy casino, just watch out of the bonus T&C.
I took the bonus after registration of 200 FS on BlackGold and i won in the end over 900 eur and the amount to wager was over 20k in couple days, that’s absurd, because it’s a“play now, deposit later”, they just want you to deposit hundreds and fail the wager in the end. Could have made it so that the money wagered goes into balance in incrementals, then it would be fair game.
Took casino to approved withdrawal within 24h, but either they use economical transfer or dunno, the funds came 2-3 days later after approval.
Chat support made me wait 30 min for simple question, was not even in line, the operator just disappeared for 30 min after saying “hi”.

This company is a scam. They take withdrawals instantly but refuse to pay out. Multiple withdrawal attempts reversed. I won 800€ and haven’t seen any of it.

I have seen the biggest fraudulent gambling website in my life, and I will provide you with evidence. First, I deposited $785 on 09/25/2023. I bet on roulette and won $785 by luck, with game ID 3749839801, date and time at 19:24:38 GMT. After that, I attempted to request a withdrawal, but all withdrawals were rejected. Then, the website asked me for several documents such as a passport, ID card, bank statement, and a photo with my passport next to their conversation. Of course, I sent them all the documents they requested because they were trying to find excuses not to pay me. After I sent them all the documents, a week later, they said they wouldn’t pay my winnings without any reasons. I swear to you, if you register and lose, it’s fine, but if you win, they will ban you and take your money with the collusion of Curacao’s licensed authorities, allowing them to scam and defraud players. I will file a complaint with international organizations.

1. They will cancel all your withdrawal requests
2. They will disable the withdrawal options that you used for your deposit (btw – according to the laws you can only withdraw winnings same way as you made deposits)
2. They will make you to register for various eWallets or Crypto Wallets to withdraw your winnings (that means you will also have to make deposits via this wallets to be able to withdraw your winnings)
3. They will “randomly pick” your account to verify it again. And they request from you new pictures of documents and to make weird selfies(if you are lucky they will only want you to hold an ID in one hand and a phone with their emails or website in your other hand).
