Payment of Rs more than 5K not credited
The winnings are good, I won many times sometimes bumpers too.
But the customer service is pathetic.
My public chat have been disabled since 10 days. Complaining daily but no solution.
Payments of less than 10K are good and timely but I recently made a withdraw of Rs 38000/- it have been almost a week. But I have not received my withdraw till date.
Talked to customers service daily. Always same answer ” Wait for 24 hrs”,
But it’s been almost a week and still payment not received.

Clear cheating
Small amount thay will allow for withdrawal i won 2.9Lakh but thay closed that amount stating that 28 number rule so go for other websites there are lot who dosent bother about such small amounts thay are not matured for running gambling websites by the way there is no such rule for roulette globally

I have lost cash from my sikwin account 5 times in three consecutive days all records of it are safe in my phone from screenshot to screen recording video I contacted customer care after that they told me that this happened because of cp maintenance I have lost 5 times in three consecutive days my balance so far I have It has not received any response, I find it a bit hard to believe that a casino this big has maintenance going on for three days straight, As this happens, the confidence of the person playing on that game platform is losing confidence in the game, which I bring to your notice.
